Censored News from Canada: The Wall of Holocaust Denial Begins to Topple: Aboriginal Museum is Forced to Display Evidence of the Canadian Genocide An Update, with thanks to Jim Windle of Teka News Brampton, Ontario, May 13, 2011 For the first time in Canadian history, a public museum will exhibit evidence which makes reference to overtly genocidal policies by both the churches and government of Canada towards indigenous people, including in the deadly Indian residential schools. Relying primarily on the research gathered by Rev. Kevin Annett in his book Hidden No Longer: Genocide in Canada, Past and Present (2010,www.hiddennolonger.com), the aboriginal advisory committee of the new Peel Region Heritage Museum in Brampton, Ontario convinced the Museum designers, Vilnis Cultural Design Works, to establish a display that shows that genocide, according to the United Nations’ definition of the crime, did occur in the Indian residential school system. The schools were established and run jointly by the Vatican and the Crown of England in 1834, and continued until 1996. According to government statistics, nearly half of the 150,000 children in these schools died because of treatment and conditions there. The decision to document this genocide in the new Peel Region Museum was forced by the Advisory committee’s chair, Allan Jamieson of the Haudenosaunee Nation, who faced major opposition from Vilnis to include the term “genocide” in the Museum displays. "We want to tell our story about what happened to our people, and is still happening in Canada, and we want Canadians and others to learn about it, and we don't want to sugar coat it” said Jamieson to Teka News this week. “As victims of this genocide, we have a right to characterize for ourselves how we have been, and still are mistreated. The committee's work does not include having to convince the Vilnis team of genocide in Canada ... It is truly tiring and demeaning to have to try to convince learned people about accurate history.” Allan Jamieson, who has consulted Rev. Annett in the past, has also learned that Canadian government agencies make up about one third of Vilnis' business. Their list of clients includes companies that also benefit from the dispossession of First Nations lands including a home builders association, a mining association, and a pulp and paper company. Until now, not a single Canadian Museum has displayed the evidence of the massive mortality level in Indian residential schools or of their deliberate murder and crimes, documented in archived letters and testimonies published by Rev. Annett since 1998. “It’s an incredible breakthrough” commented Rev. Annett today in London, England, where he is working with an International Tribunal to bring charges against Canada and its churches for genocide. “Thanks to the persistence of Allan Jamieson and his people, the truth of crimes against humanity in Canada is finally being formally acknowledged, and taught to the next generation. The walls of denial are tumbling, and a huge leap has now been made towards bringing those responsible to justice.” The London-based International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) has been endorsed by over thirty organizations, includingsurvivors of child abuse in nine nations, as well as seven different indigenous nations across Canada.

Star Eyewitness who named Queen of England in Abduction of Aboriginal Children
Dies suddenly in Vancouver Hospital
A Special Report by Kevin D. Annett
March 1, 2011
Kamloops Residential School Survivor and Homeless. More info soon on how to help
William Combes, Eyewitness, 1952-2011
Vancouver, Canada
The aboriginal man who claimed to witness the abduction of ten fellow residential school children by the Queen of England and her husband in October, 1964 at the Catholic school in Kamloops, B.C. has died suddenly at the Catholic-run St. Paul's Hospital in Vancouver.
William Combes, age 59 and in good health, was scheduled to be a primary witness at the opening session of the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State http://www.itccs.org on September 12 in London, England.
I last saw William ten days ago, on the eve of my departure for a European speaking tour, and he looked better than I had seen him in years.
According to his partner Mae, William was in stable health and was assigned a new doctor at St. Paul's Hospital this past week. William was then committed to the hospital for "tests", and his health began to immediately deteriorate. He died suddenly yesterday of a still-undisclosed cause.
The Vancouver Coroner's Office refuses to comment on William's death.
William was the sole survivor of a group of three aboriginal boys who claim to have witnessed the abduction of ten children during a royal visit to the Kamloops residential school in mid October, 1964, when both the Queen and Prince Philip were in Canada.
"They took away those ten kids and nobody ever saw them again" described William, in several public statements made over the airwaves of my former Vancouver Co-op radio program, and in the following signed and witnessed declaration made on February 3, 2010:
I am an Interior Salish spirit dancer and am 58 years old. I live in Vancouver, Canada.
I am a survivor of the Kamloops and Mission Indian residential schools, both run by the Roman Catholic church. I suffered terrible tortures there at the hands especially of Brother Murphy, who killed at least two children. I witnessed him throw a child off a three story balcony to her death. He put me on a rack and broke some of my bones, in the Kamloop school basement, after I tried running away.
I also saw him and another priest burying a child in the school orchard one night.
In October, 1964 when I was 12 years old, I was an inmate at the Kamloops school and we were visited by the Queen of England and Prince Phillip. I remember it was strange because they came by themselves, no big fanfare or nothing. But I recognized them and the school principal told us it was the Queen and we all got given new clothes and good food for the first time in months the day before she arrived.
The day the Queen got to the school, I was part of a group of kids that went on a picnic with her and her husband and some of the priests, down to a meadow near Dead Man’s Creek. I remember it was weird because we all had to bend down and kiss her foot, a white laced boot.
After awhile, I saw the Queen leave the picnic with ten children from the school, and those kids never returned. We never heard anything more about them and never met them again even when we were older. They were all from around there but they all vanished.
The group that disappeared was seven boys and three girls, in age from six to fourteen years old. They were all from the smart group in class. Two of the boys were brothers and they were Metis from Quesnel. Their last name was Arnuse or Arnold. I don’t remember the others, just an occasional first name like Cecilia and there was an Edward.
What happened was also witnessed by my friend George Adolph, who was 11 years old at the time and a student there too. But he's dead now.
I believe that William Combes died of foul play, and that his murder was arranged by those who stood to lose from his speaking out about his witnessing of the child abductions and other crimes of murder and torture at Catholic Indian residential schools.
I am writing a soon to be issued eulogy for my friend and fellow fighter, William Arnold Combes. Like another murdered front line native activist, Johnny Bingo Dawson, who was killed by the Vancouver police in 2009, William will never be forgotten - and those who killed him will, like the system that caused the death of so many children, be brought to real justice.
His murderers have not won. William's videotaped statements, including his witness of the 1964 abductions, have been registered in the archives of our ITCCS, and will be made public at our opening session on September 12, 2011.
I will be proposing to the ITCCS executive that William Combes and Johnny Dawson both be named post-humous Honorary Elders of the Tribunal.

Rev. Kevin Annett with the summons he served on the pope, October 2010. The Rev. Kevin Annett is exposing almost singlehandedly the genocide of a people, the indigenous people of Canada. He was defrocked when he asked the wrong questions about the selling of Indian land by the Canadian authorities to the Canadian authorities. Thats when hes persecution by them on him began. They managed to break up his family, defrocked him as minister thus depriving him of a livlihood, and threatened to kill him many times, the Picktons or their cronies beating him on occasion. The Canadian authorities have murdered others in their quest to silence the people rocking the boat – "Bingo" Dawson and William Coombes just recently to name just two. And of course dont forget the tiny children they murdered too in the residential schools. One baby was thrown into a furnace. Another out of a 1st floor window. This is what Kevin gets threats on his life for by the authorities there for talking and telling about.
But now the flame is turning into a fire, and hes halfway through a European tour on behalf of the ITCS, {The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State, at itcs.org} taking it all to the people there, and getting a massive vote of confidence wherever he goes.
The main square in Manchester, England was flooded with 10,000 and more people that morning in 1819 when cotton mill workers and their families gathered peacefully to demand the right to vote. An hour later, hundreds of them were dead, sabered and trampled down by the local yeoman cavalry in the pay of the wealthy landowners who ruled the nation. The bleeding crowd spilled in to the local Quaker Meeting House, where a commemorative banner showing the slaughter still hangs defiantly in the front hall.
The poet Percy Shelley lived nearby, and when he heard of the crime he hurried to the bloody square and angrily wrote these words about the Peterloo Massacre:
Rise like Lions after Slumber, in unvanquishable number. Shake your chains to earth like dew, which in sleep had fallen on you. Ye are Many; they are Few.
Today, I stood outside the Manchester Quaker House that had offered sanctuary to these targeted poor, and I bent down and placed a few small pieces of the pavement in my hand: relics which are literally soaked with the blood of these brave and remembered people. And I felt Shelley’s words born anew in my heart.
So little has changed in two centuries. Tyranny and violence may rule as strongly as ever, but so does an unbreakable determination to be free among so many men and women who I keep meeting on this speaking tour across Europe.
I came here to speak of the slaughter of Indian children by church and state in Canada, and I quickly found that the same crime was committed by the same actors in this nation: like that which was done to Doris Lloyd when she was forced to work as a slave laborer in a catholic orphanage at age three, and faced daily rape and torture. In England, or Ireland, or Canada, the church and its state accomplice murdered, raped and enslaved children with impunity, and like the bloody Manchester yeomanry, got away with slaughtering so many.
Our gatherings are small, but filled with people like Doris, who stood for the first time and shared her struggle in the meeting where I was reading from my new book Unrepentant: Disrobing the Emperor. Across Denmark, Slovenia, Italy, Ireland, and England, I keep meeting people like Doris, and though few in number, we are sure of one another; and already are numbers are growing, for we are part of a wave of awakening.
Last week in Liverpool, six hundred people invaded a court room and tried to arrest a particularly corrupt judge who had imposed an unjust local council tax. The judge fled, and the police were helpless. For awhile, a common law court, free of crown and cruelty, was declared by the people there gathered. Their example, broadcast by You Tube around the world, is being taken up by free and sovereign people everywhere.
The survivors of genocide in Canada, and England, are part of this common law declaration of sovereignty, for too many of them have learned that the institutions of Crown and Church that caused the crime will never do the time. In what we call Vancouver, Canada, sovereign Squamish nation chief Kiapilano ordered the Catholic, United and Anglican churches off his land recently because of their murder of his people, and he has now imposed a commercial lien on their property and assets. He is finished waiting for justice from bodies incapable of it.
Part of my work is to bring together Kiapilano and many like him into an International Tribunal that will place the guilty on trial, in true common law fashion. The opening session will be in London, England on September 12, but many gatherings will be held around the world at the same time to turn the tables on self-governing and unaccountable institutions like the Vatican and its other churchly counterparts. How? By imposing our own sentences on the churches and governments that stole land, murdered children and protect the guilty.
"Evict the bastards from their churches" declared one survivor of church torture to me this week in northern England, when I asked people what we should do to get justice.
"Take their collection plates and distribute the money to the crowds. Take over their bloody churches and start arresting the child rapists who hide out in there. We know who they are."
England, unlike Canada, is a land of direct action rebels. Maybe in fleeing from persecution to somebody else’s land, Canadians forgot what it meant to say no to the powerful and do battle with them. But I was reminded today in the streets of Manchester that our ancestors won our liberties with their blood; and those rights can only be maintained and won again by the same courage and struggle.
Manchester has also made me remember our own recent martyrs in Vancouver, like William Combes, murdered in a hospital, and Bingo Dawson, beaten to death by three cops. Being aboriginal, neither man made the news, even when they led our protests against child-murdering churches. But like the Peterloo victims, their names and example are written forever on the hearts of those of us who are challenging the descending tyranny.
It’s time for more of you to join our thin but enduring ranks.
