Yes, Barry will go to trial on January 26, 2010, Federal Judge David Carter (Santa Ana, CA) a former U.S. Marine, repeated several times that this is a very serious case which must be resolved quickly so that the troops know that their Commander in Chief is eligible to hold that position and issue lawful orders to our military in this time of war.

Oh This is great News. This has been the one primary grudge I have had against Obama even before he was elected. He needs to come out and show that he was born in this country. To just ignore this, would be a slap in the face to the  very veterans he supposedly commands.

One thing that I find to be a HUGE cop-out is people saying "Oh it doesnt really matter, they should change that requirement"

A certificate of live birth is not the same thing as a birth certificate. I can not take a certificate of live birth and even get a friggin' driver license with it, let alone become president.

As far as Hawaii State Government CONFIRMING it, from what I understand all they confirmed is that they filed the certificate and it is authentic. The Hawaii State Government, I have been told, will file this type of certificate even if you are an immigrant. They did not confirm that he was born in Hawaii.

I want to see a birth certificate. If he was born in this country he should have one. This is ridiculous. I don't even have a certificate of live birth? Do you? I don't need one because I have a friggin birth certificate!

Don't give me any crap that it has info on there that he wants to keep private. I'm not saying he has to show it to me, but he should absoultely be required to show it to a court of law!!!! Absoutely
