PERSONAL - PTSD & SRA

PTSD which stands for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, is a condition that I am diagnosed with. I have been diagnosed with PTSD, DID, Anxiety Disorder and Major Depression.

It is my experience that PTSD is the more debilitating condition, even when compared to DID. DID makes my life interesting, PTSD is frankly debilitating.

It was at one time unofficially known as "Shell-Shock" because the first victim's en mass to be diagnosed with the condition, which for years had been debated as a real psychiatric condition, were combat veterans, coming back from their tour of duty in Vietnam.

Child Abuse victims also suffer symptoms of PTSD and this is not generally known by the public who still mostly associate PTSD with combat veterans.

I am currently receiving psychiatric services related to the disorder, but there are a few things that are of a great help to PTSD patients.

One thing that has been learned from the Vietnam Veterans who suffered the disorder, is that actually talking about the events that created the trauma actually is therapeutic and helps the patient, which is contrary to what most people think.

This is one of the reasons that I am here.

Keeping all of the feelings locked up inside and not talking about it is called repression and actually exacerbates the condition

I want to quote something here because I think it is important.

"An accurate reconstruction of the events [that caused the trauma] is absolutely essential to the healing process of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder"

Many people ask me, "Why don't you just forget about it and just move on?" This is why. I still have not achieved this goal of "an accurate reconstruction of the events."

So it is my intention to try and do that here, as well as help other victims to do the same.  And of course, the more facts we learn from victim collaboration; a mosaic of what is actually happening, the more empowered we become to put a permanent stop to it. And prevent the next generation of victims.

Often satanic ritual is used to produce trauma in children in addition to sexual assault, and is also used as a means to control the victims as well. Usually when victims refer to "programming" that is what they are talking about.

If anyone is unfamiliar with Satanic Ritual Abuse, I would recommend the book "Children of The Devil - Ritual Abuse & Satanic Crime" by Tim Tate; a most excellent introductory book by an author who is a psychiatrist who specializes in Trauma-related disorders and presents in his book compelling evidence of the reality of wide-spread satanic ritual and sexual abuse of children.

Here is a link to where you can obtain a copy of the book. It's a real "Eye-Opener"
